Blegoš in the Škofja Loka hills
Blegoš – The second highest peak in the Škofja Loka mountain (hills) range.
With an altitude of 1562 m.a.s.l., Blegoš is 104 meters shorter than a Ratitovec, which has an altitude of 1666 m.a.s.l. Blegoš is a beautiful hill, that’s missing just a few hundred meters to be a full-grown mountain. From the summit of Blegoš, spectacular 360° view opens and you can clearly see Julian Alps, Kamniško-Savinjske Alps, Karavanke mountain range, and Polhograjsko hribovje (hills). About hundred meters below the summit, there is also a lovely mountain lodge.
